Giuseeppe, thank you once again for a wonderful dinner. Although I live out of town you and your staff make me feel like a regular every time I visit. The oyster po boys with kimchi and peanuts was a winner!! Thank you as well for the complimentary miso scallops, they were stunning, but it is no secret that that pretty much everything is tremendous and the food presentations just add to the experience. It was nice talking to you about Vatican City where your family and my son now lives. Also a big shout out to Shannon and Andrew who are personable and attentive to your every need. GT is definitely now one of my favorite haunts and will continue to be one of my stops as long as I come to Chicago.
